The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to relax. the location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and a vibrant neighborhood to explore.

The lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel. the rooms were not properly cleaned, and the presence of stained towels was quite off-putting.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Soho and Marylebone, surrounded by great shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy the beautiful outside garden in the marque or dine in the Atrium restaurant. The rooms are pristine clean with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast is freshly cooked and delicious.

One slight disappointment was that some breakfast dishes were missing ingredients listed on the menu.

noise of the room and the. Curtains. bathroom was very uncomfortable because of the type of decoration. No plugs and an impractical counter. corridors are very ugly, badly lit and decoration is old.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Sanderson. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us with an upgrade to the Penthouse, which was absolutely amazing. The space was stylish and luxurious, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. We were celebrating a special occasion, and it truly made it unforgettable. The location of the hotel is also perfect, with shopping, bars, restaurants, and theaters within walking distance. The staff even sent my friend macaroons and a bottle of wine for her birthday. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing and accommodating, especially Andre and Mia. Excellent location, central yet quiet. Clean and modern rooms with good space. The hotel offers a lot in terms of amenities and quality. The doormen were excellent too.

There was a minor issue with the spa day package, which the staff quickly resolved.

This boutique hotel is nestled in the heart of the bustling city, just a stone's throw away from Oxford Street and surrounded by a plethora of attractions. With its prime location, I was able to easily access the hotel from 3 nearby tube stations. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that my needs were met. the breakfast in the restaurant was a delightful way to start the day.

There was a small inconvenience with the shower layout, as there was nowhere to place toiletries or hang towels.

The decoration the quality of the service of the products served at breakfast . But a very particular note to the exceptional personnel of a kindness and a benevolence never met until this stay in spite of many journeys . and a particular mention to Philippe at the entrance of the hotel for his charisma and his incredible kindness.

Nothing because we had a problem on arrival with our room but the reception has done everything possible to find an immediate solution well beyond our expectations.

I recently stayed at Sanderson for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, within walking distance to Regent Street, Selfridges, Soho, and Tottenham Court Road. Our Loft Suite was spacious enough for myself and my teen daughters, and the bathroom was huge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even the roll-away bed was satisfactory. The service from Paris at check-in was exceptional - she got us into our room right away and even sent complimentary champagne later on. The blackout blinds were a great touch, and the overall quality and comfort of the room were impressive. The staff was friendly and the food at the hotel was delicious. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
